Online Psychology and Consulting Services
At the core of this practice is a deep understanding that emotional wellness is a journey unique to each individual. These Online Psychology and Consulting Services are tailored to meet you wherever you are on this path, offering support and expert guidance through various stages of life and the myriad challenges they present. From adolescence to late adulthood, this approach is personalised, compassionate, and rooted in the best practice guidelines as well as psychodynamic principles and practice.
Online therapy tailored for you
Telehealth sessions make it possible to access support without travel time, commuting stress, or needing to live near a clinic. If you’re in Melbourne, regional Victoria, or anywhere in Australia, telehealth offers a practical way to begin (or continue) therapy in a consistent, private setting.
Secure, private telehealth sessions
Sessions are held via secure video. You can join from home or any private space where you feel comfortable speaking openly.
A tailored approach, not a one-size-fits-all plan
Many people seek therapy because they feel stuck—emotionally, relationally, or in patterns that keep repeating. Therapy can help you clarify what you’re feeling, understand why it’s happening, and create change that’s meaningful and sustainable.
Who telehealth sessions are for
I offer telehealth therapy for:
Adults
Support for stress, anxiety, low mood, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm.
Adolescents
A supportive space to explore identity, friendships, school pressures, mood changes, anxiety, self-esteem and family dynamics.
Parents
Support to navigate parenting stress, family transitions, communication challenges, and the emotional load that often comes with caring for others.
Individual Psychotherapy
I provide psychotherapy to individuals from adolescence through to the late adult years.
Each individual brings to therapy their specific concerns, their personal experiences and a unique way of viewing and relating to themselves and to others.
Individuals also progress through developmental phases (no matter the age!). Different phases present different challenges and some of us can find these challenges more difficult than others.
I believe it is important to hold both of these aspects in mind, in psychotherapy.
I have a flexible approach to working with adolescents. Depending on the individual adolescent and their parents, I may work primarily with the parents, primarily with the adolescent, or the parents and adolescents together. I have found flexibility works best with this age group.
Parent Consultancy
I have worked as a therapist with pre-school and primary-aged children in previous years. I now direct this experience and understanding of the developmental needs of children to building on and strengthening parent-child relationships.
While parents know their child best, no one is born a parent. And some stages can get pretty tough. Working on ways to enrich the parent-child relationship is an investment for life – for both parent and child.
I provide this service for parents of children from infancy and into adulthood.
Based in Melbourne, Victoria, Our Clinical Psychology services extend to families throughout Australia.
What I can help with
People commonly reach out for support with:
If you’re not sure whether what you’re experiencing “counts” as something to bring to therapy, that’s okay—many people start with a general sense that something isn’t working, and we clarify it together.
My approach
Therapy is most helpful when it feels both safe and useful—not just supportive in the moment, but clarifying over time.
Psychodynamic psychotherapy
A psychodynamic approach pays attention to emotions, relationships, and patterns that may sit outside everyday awareness. This can help you understand the roots of distress, make sense of reactions that feel confusing, and build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
Evidence-informed care & clinical expertise
I draw on psychological theory, research, and clinical experience to tailor interventions to your needs. The focus is always on what’s most relevant to you—your history, your strengths, and your current circumstances.
How telehealth works

- Headphones (optional, but helpful for privacy)
What happens in the first session
The first session is a chance to understand what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and what has and hasn’t helped in the past. We’ll discuss how we might work together and what next steps could look like.
